Reaching For Zero, Ltd. created The Green Offsets Foundation of Canada as a separate, non-profit organization dedicated to helping Canadians turn unavoidable emissions into practical climate solutions. While Reaching For Zero focuses on engineering and project development, the Foundation focuses on public awareness and voluntary offset funding for high-impact projects such as zero-emission public transit.
The Foundation’s mission is to make climate action tangible, transparent, local and simple. Offset contributions are directed toward public awareness and real-world decarbonization projects in Canadian communities – helping to improve air quality, create sustainable jobs and reduce greenhouse-gas emissions.

The Green Offsets Foundation of Canada operates independently, with its own Board and governance, but shares the same overall goal as Reaching For Zero – to accelerate the transition from fossil-fuel dependence toward a zero-emissions future.
